Note: these time periods can
and sometimes are extended depending on circumstances.
We will not leave you in a bind for any reason.
Our re-service rate is less than one half of 1 percent for any reason.
Warranty for XL88 on Ebay: 30 days parts, 365 days
labor.
Warranty:
If during the warranty time period a component which
has been replaced by Vancetek fails or workmanship is found to cause a failure, we will replace/repair so as to make said
unit operate properly at no cost to the customer for whom the original repair was made.
The customer is however
responsible for shipping costs to our facility.
The Warranty does not apply for the following:
1)
Incorrect usage of the equipment. Including damage caused by other equipment attached to the item, power surges, etc.
2)
Acts of God, if you will. These include lightning, water, wind, dirt, fire etc.
3) Acts of stupidity. These include
drink spills, objects thrown/dropped on the unit, rough handling, using WD40 to clean faders etc!
